XFFH Job Placement, Inc., is a concierge service for ex-offenders.  Our clients are placed in temporary, temporary-to-hire, and permanent job assignments throughout the country.  Both part-time and full-time positions are available in a variety of professions, including office administration, manufacturing, factory industries, and more.

XFFH links our members with an array of resources including job training, life skills education, basic banking and money management, as well as social etiquette, to help them thrive both personally and professionally. 

XFFH also provides professional recruitment modeled services to employers. We assist businesses in finding employees that will be an asset to their company, while simultaneously assisting our clients on their way to self-sufficiency.
